Our sputtering and etching product lines consist of both single piece and batch style systems. Each of our maintenance friendly systems are capable of both RF and DC operation and have 4 target process chamber heads.
Our systems are high customizable and individually tailored to meet the needs of each of our customers. Each high vacuum system includes an MS Windows based software process controller that is point and click friendly and highly automated.
Whenever possible, major subassemblies consist of off-the-shelf items which carry their original manufacturers warranties (National Instruments, ENI and Granville-Phillips just to name a few).
