Demand
Rate:
$175 per hour, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm,
Monday through Friday, except holidays observed by Second Source, Inc.

Overtime
Demand Rate:
$250 per hour. There will be a minimum 4 hour charge
for services performed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays observed by
Second Source, Inc.

Travel
Expenses:
Airfare, lodging, meals, mileage, auto rental, parking,
tolls, etc., will be billed at customary and reasonable rates. All
travel is portal-to-portal from the nearest Second Source, Inc. office.

Personal
Auto Expenses:
Will be billed at $0.40 per mile.

Payment
Terms:
Demand Service and parts are invoiced with 1% Net 10 or Net
30 terms.
Discounts do not apply to
travel expenses. Second Source, Inc. reserves
the right to change hourly rates without prior notice.
